Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours EVERY Wednesday & Friday. Any orders after 5 pm CNT will be processed the following week.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for USPS ground delivery.

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. A discount code is available if the order qualifies the minimum purchase amount. 

 

Pre Orders

Items purchased on the presale will not be in stock. We will email you as soon as we ship out your order. Please allow 3-5 weeks to fulfill and ship out your item. 

 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order or you can request a refund. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Please note the amount for free shipping is a minimum of $35 if you request a refund and the amount is lesser than. You will be required to pay the shipping cost.
